This committee gets involved and works with the local Z Club and plans for Z Club expansion to other AV Schools, recruiting Teacher/Advisors to partner with Zonta on this service club.

This committee is responsible for Recruitment, rejuvenation, revitalization and retention and Classification of members. Correspondences to potential members, orientations for new members, working with the board on membership goals.

This committee Creates awareness of the Zonta Club via media. Promotes knowledge and understanding within and out of our club. Develops marketing strategies to promote Zonta, Promotes Zonta in connection key dates
United Nations Committee – Chairwoman Lisa DeLeon
This committee works to align and or create programs and events within club and community that will support Zonta association with UN activities relevant to women.

This committee Prepare and submit budgets to board along with committee recommendations

This committee is Optional, however we are Committed to this.
Athena is an International Recognition program, separate from Zonta. Athena recognizes Professional women who have demonstrated extraordinary community service. The Zonta Foundation ( a separate official charity arm of our club) financially sponsors the local Event that recognizes an AV Women each year.
The volunteers used to organize this event are drawn from our local Zonta Club. Committee work begins in June for a November Event Date.

This committee is additional and necessary for our existence as a club. This is our annual fundraiser event traditionally done in March around ST Pattys Day. This is our largest event of the year. It is where we earn funds for our service projects such as Z-Club Scholarships. The club relies on Zontians to prepare and present the Event as we are hosts and the funds raise keep our club vibrant.
Committee work begins in the fall, in preparation for March Event Date.

Parades – Chairwoman - TBD
This committee is additional and necessary. As a club we need an operating budget for basic administrative needs. These two events currently contribute to the Operating budget. The Lancaster Christmas Parade and The Fair Parade are the Events. Zontians provide a beautiful breakfast spread at the AV Chamber office for all the Parade dignitaries. Our club gets paid for the service by the City.
Opportunity Drawing – Chairwoman Carolyn Byasse
This committee is additional and necessary. This group manages the awareness and strength of the monthly drawings. Managing the monies and tickets, reporting to the treasurer and board.
